Our passion for teaching English
Jolly English Center is an international English learning center with its main campus and teaching team located in A Coruña, Spain, and an office and learning center in Taipei, dedicated to serving learners in Taiwan.
Through our Taipei office, we introduce European teaching standards and curriculum design to Taiwan, allowing students to seamlessly transition to high-quality English courses planned and supervised by our Spanish headquarters.
We provide systematic English courses for children, teenagers, and adults in Taiwan, emphasizing real-world application of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and teaching according to clearly defined international proficiency levels.
Meanwhile, we actively respond to the Taiwanese government’s “Bilingual Nation Policy 2030”, committed to assisting Taiwan in moving towards its vision of becoming a truly bilingual nation by 2030, and cultivating a new generation with international competitiveness and English communication skills.
Our curriculum is designed entirely in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) levels, featuring clear learning stages and assessment standards, making learning outcomes quantifiable, traceable, and aligned with international standards.

At Jolly English Center, our mission is to help every student in Taiwan steadily improve their English proficiency and academic confidence.
We offer small class sizes and individualized learning plans, designing courses according to each student’s level and needs to help them:

In line with Taiwan’s “Bilingual Nation Policy 2030,” one of the key focuses of our curriculum is to help students bridge the gap between university-level English-taught (EMI) environments, international English proficiency tests, and academic settings, enabling them to confidently use English in higher education and professional fields.

Jolly English Center’s Taipei office and learning locations focus on high-quality teaching, interactive classroom design, and individualized care.
The main faculty and courses are planned and led by a professional team at the Spanish headquarters, and serve Taiwanese students through the Taipei location, providing an English learning experience that combines academic depth with practical effectiveness, while aligning with Taiwan’s bilingual education policy.
